He installed a wired button to open/close a garage door. He came same day I called. He … More didn’t have a new button with him, but was able to install an old used one he had on his truck. He called me a few weeks later and brought over a new one and installed it quickly. I thought he initially undercharged me for the amount of work he did so I actually gave him an extra $50.Fast forward to yesterday, while opening my garage door, it made an unusual sound. I called Shawn at 4:30pm. He said it sounded like a broken spring. I checked the spring and sure enough, it had broken right in half. He said he had two jobs still to go to but said he would do his best to come that same day. He called an hour later and said he would come today but it might be late. He called again 30 minutes later and said he was on his way to my house. He arrived soon thereafter and he had my new door springs installed within an hour! From my initial call to him completing the job done… 3 hours! On top of that, the cost of the job was reasonable.     Wow, this really can’t be true. A truly honest company that puts the customer’s needs in front of their profit margin.Had a malfunctioning garage door that wouldn’t open and called Shawn first thing in the morning.
