Wow, this really can’t be true. A truly honest company that puts the customer’s needs in front of their profit margin.Had a malfunctioning garage door that wouldn’t open and called Shawn first thing in the morning. He showed up two… More hours later as promised and proceeded to assess the issue. Couple of minutes later Shawn walked me through the issues which included the sensor lights, incorrect strap pressure that was being applied in the wrong area. The pressure was causing the door to slowly crush the center panel. In short the previous person who had installed the door had done so incorrectly.Shawn repaired the sensor and the garage door worked again. He advised that the unit didn’t need to be replaced at this time and to continue to use it until it did.Needless to say Shawn will be the person I call when that time comes..
